Liability for contents
The contents of my web pages were created with greatest accuracy. But I cannot guarantee correctness, up-to-datedness, and completeness of the contents. Due to section 7 (2) TMG I am according to common law responsible for my own contents on these pages. Due to sections 8-10 TMG I do not have the duty though, to supervise transmitted or saved external data, or to search for circumstances that point out illegal action. A liability to delete or block the use of information, according to common law, is not affected by this. A liability concerning this matter though can only be issued from the point in time of a concrete rights violation. After having become acquainted with rights violations these contents will be deleted at the earliest convenience.
Liability for links
My pages contain links to web pages of third parties, whose content I have no bearing. This is why I cannot issue liability for these external contents. For the contents of linked pages the providers or operators of those pages are responsible. The linked pages were checked by the time of the link setting and no rights violations were discovered. A permanently control of the content of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete indications of rights violations. After having become acquainted with rights violations, these links will be deleted at the earliest convenience.
The use of this web page is generally possible without indicating private data. As far as private data like name, address or mail address are required on my pages, the indication is optional. Without your explicit allowance these date will not be given to any third party.
I do point out that data transfer in the internet (e.g. when communicating via mail) is not totally secure. A total protection of your data from the access of a third party is not possible.
I totally disagree with the use of the contact data I had to give in due to the imprint regulations, to send me none ordered ads or information material. I might take legal steps if I do get any sort of ads or information material, like e.g. spam mails.
